The room was spacious, but getting out of the parking lot took forever!

The staff was incredibly attentive and prepared a welcome platter.

Despite the excellent amenities, I faced issues with parking. The self-parking validation took forever and caused a frustrating delay of over 40 minutes while driving out. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that the hotel wasn't upfront about pet fees upon arrival, which added unexpected stress to my stay.

Location is fantastic! It's nestled in a shopping mall, right next to Parque Tangamanga, which is perfect for a quick stroll after a long day. The staff were incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Plus, the heated infinity pool provided an unforgettable experience after exploring the nearby attractions!

Parking process needs improvement.

Our stay was fantastic! The breakfast was just okay, but the fun activities at the nearby mall were a blast. Plus, the movie theater right there was a hit!

I was impressed with the attentive staff who ensured my comfort throughout my stay. The spacious Deluxe Double Room was beautifully decorated, featuring large windows that allowed natural light to fill the space, creating a warm atmosphere.

No showers near the pool.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Fiesta Americana San Luis Potosi. The staff were exceptionally attentive, promptly assisting me with my luggage and ensuring everything was to my liking in the spacious room. The hotel's location within a vibrant plaza allowed easy access to dining and shopping.

Breakfast options were limited.

The hotel's atmosphere is truly inviting, with spacious rooms that feature excellent shower facilities. The staff's attentiveness shone when they ensured our child was safe while retrieving snacks from the lobby. Additionally, the convenience of dining options right downstairs, including the remarkable Argentinian restaurant using seasonal products, made our stay even more enjoyable.

This place has a fantastic gym and the heated infinity pool is just amazing! I even had the staff find me a conference room at no extra cost, never expected that.

It was a bit pricey, but honestly, worth it.

Exceptional staff and great location!

During my stay, I was impressed by how exceptionally accommodating the hotel staff were. For example, they went above and beyond to ensure our 9-year-old daughter felt safe when she ventured to grab some Krispy Kreme just outside the lobby. We also loved that we could take our puppy everywhere with us, and being located in a shopping mall made dining out super easy. However, the self-parking process could use some improvement.
